From now right up to and including October 29th, the farm will be open on weekends only from 11am to 5pm including Thanksgiving Monday.
Admission into the farm is free with small fees for the activities you choose to do. More information on our Fall Farm Activities can be found HERE.
We are a smoke-free facility and we do understand that your four-legged family members sure love have a drive out to the country, however, for food and safety reasons, unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the farm during the fall season.
On the weekends, the Farm Store is full of local harvest veggies including our scrumptious sweet corn this weekend! Also potatoes, carrots, beets, garlic, cabbage, winter squash and more. The cucumber season has now finished.
The Bakeshop on Boundary has partnered with us this year in our Harvest Cafe! Emily (the head chef AND pastry chef behind it all) makes the Chili Con Carne, Sweet Corn and Potato Chowder, Pumpkin Soup, Pulled Pork on a Brioche Bun (with slaw of course), and also all of the delectable pastries, cakes and pies we’ll be serving (yes, yes, Pumpkin Cheesecake too!). As usual, local veggies (from our farm and our neighbours) and local meat will be at the heart of all of our offerings. On the BBQ, we’ll also have those delicious local hot dogs from The Squash Queen (pasture-raised pork raised in South Gillies) and lots of belly-warming and thirst quenching drinks too.
Bringing cash is a good idea as it does really help to move along our sometimes busy check-out lines, but we do also accept debit and all major credit cards.
