Looks like the good chance of thunderstorms in the afternoon and evening remains SO our Pick Your Own Fields will be closed this evening. Our Farm Store remains open today until 4pm. We have a great supply of fresh picked dill & bread n’ butter size cucumbers, shelling and snap peas, new potatoes, yellow and green beans, beets, carrots, garlic, dill, greenhouse heirloom tomatoes and a nice ass’t of garden veggies. ALSO we have LOTS of wild blueberries and local apples from Mountainstream Orchard! Exciting!
We will have our pick your own fields open again tomorrow morning from 9am to 12pm – for picking will have good picking in the cucumbers – all sizes, light picking in the peas and yellow and green beans and very light, end of the season, picking in the raspberries.
Our Sweet Corn season will start likely this weekend with a very limited supply.
Due to food safety concerns, unfortunately pets aren’t allowed into the pick your own fields or any of the buildings on site and we appreciate your understanding. It’s probably best to leave them at home where they’ll be somewhere cool.
At the farm we accept debit, credit card, personal cheque and cash, of course. But as a small business, we sure do appreciate it when you are able to use cash or personal cheque to help us avoid those pesky credit card and debit fees.
