So sorry today’s post isn’t until late morning – we were having some technical difficulties – glad to be back now!
But along with those difficulties…our DEBIT AND CREDIT CARD terminals are currently not working. So just cash and personal cheque available till further notice…we apologize for the inconvenience! (Arrgh!)
Our Pick Your Own Fields will be open from 9am to 12pm with wagon service, after which time you may walk out to the fields to pick until 3pm. This is perhaps the last week of strawberries so still really great berries out in the fields to be picked but it will take a touch longer to fill your baskets than it did during peak picking. We’ll also have good Saskatoon picking and light pea picking available.
The Farm Store will be open from 9am to 4pm. We are now sold out (already) of Fresh Picked Strawberries. Weather permitting, our crew will pick again tomorrow morning so we’ll have a fresh supply in the Farm Store by 10:30am.
Our pea season is off to a bit of a slow start so Fresh Picked Peas won’t be available until later in the week. We may have yellow and green beans available by the end of the week and young carrots and beets may be in the Farm Store too – just keep in touch with our website or Farm Info Line: 475 5181 for updates.
Due to food safety concerns, unfortunately pets aren’t allowed into the pick your own fields or any of the buildings on site and we do appreciate your understanding on that matter.
At the farm we accept debit, credit card, personal cheque and cash, of course. We sure do appreciate when you are able to use cash or personal cheque.
