Farm Update for Monday, August 15th – FARM CLOSED

The farm is now closed every Monday.  But don’t worry – we’ll be back Tuesday!  And we just  may have our pick your own fields open both morning AND evening on Tuesday…BUT I’ll confirm that by Monday afternoon.

In season right now for picking, we have raspberries, cucumbers, peas and yellow and green beans.

The Farm Store will be open on Tuesday from 9am to 4pm (regardless of the pick your own hours) and then again with this evening pick from 6:30 to 9pm – IF AVAILABLE.

I’ll confirm availability of produce in the Farm Store by Monday evening, but you can expect veggies such as fresh picked dill AND bread n’ butter size cucumbers, garlic, dill, new potatoes, yellow beans, beets, carrots, summer squash, greenhouse heirloom tomatoes and a nice ass’t of garden veggies. Also wild blueberries and local apples from Mountainstream Orchard.

Our Sweet Corn season will start likely this coming weekend.  I’ll have details as we get closer.

Due to food safety concerns, unfortunately pets aren’t allowed into the pick your own fields or any of the buildings on site and we appreciate your understanding.  It’s probably best to leave them at home where they’ll be somewhere cool.

At the farm we accept debit, credit card, personal cheque and cash, of course.  But as a small business, we sure do appreciate it when you are able to use cash or personal cheque to help us avoid those pesky credit card and debit fees.
