Sweet Ginger Melon Dessert

A great way to enjoy our melons – small, but tasty! Well worth waiting til August for. 4 cups of cubed cantaloupe, honeydew and/or muskmelon 1 tsp. honey 1 tsp. ginger 1 tsp. lemon juice blueberries Combine melons, honey, ginger and lemon juice. Chill for 4 to 6 hours to marry flavours. Top with blueberries.
